About

Compassion in action.

Hi, I’m Christina Upright, and I’m really glad you’re here today. I’m an Associate Licensed Counselor here at Connections Counseling Collective. My work is grounded in mindfulness-based and values-focused approaches, drawing from DBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I often work with clients who are exploring their identity and values, managing intense emotions, or experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm. In our sessions, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can be open and genuine — a space where we can explore what’s most important to you and build tools to help you move toward a life that feels more connected and meaningful. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll be here to support you in whatever ways help you feel understood and empowered.
